Q: How about the export terms of your specimens order ?
A. Our minimum order is 20pcs/item. The transportation of our specimens can be EMS, TNT, DHL , airplane, and shipment. And the transportation fee will be different , depending on the destination and the quality you order.
The payment would be T/T. The products will be delivered after receipt of your payment.
Q: May I order some special specimen which have not listed in your website?
A. We accept special order after test for the specimen which you appointed. But there are requirement to special specimen since we have to pay more time, attention and money to develop new items.
Q : Is it possible to get some free charge of samples?
A. No. As the factory , we dont offer several free samples for single customer for oversea market because of the value of specimens. Only several samples is impossible to really know our quality and ability . And it is impossible to test the market response about our specimens but we accept a sample order of 150 USD for your first trial order. And the transportation charge will be paid by the buyers.
